Needs certain improvements even they to be in good

No hot water coming through tap...foul smell coming from the room as well as bathroom.... No service provided properly

Stayed in Room No 210, water tap if opened both the shower and the tap below opens together. No way to choose either. Window lock on the right side missing. One receptionist with a hijab talking to some one saying one Appoopan and Ammumma have come, shall I allot room no 210 in front of us. we are old definitely, but being a person from hospitality field should use more appropriate words for customers. There is a liquor outlet at the parking area where some people under intoxication roaming around. Staff were excellent.

Review: The location of the hotel is convenient, but unfortunately, the property itself is disappointing. The bed was old, and the bed cover was damaged. There was a bad smell coming from the washroom, which made the stay uncomfortable. No heater facility was available, and the TV was not working. An additional amount was charged for breakfast, but it was not a buffet as expected. Instead, the waiter took individual orders and served only one item per person. Despite being informed that breakfast would be ready by 8:00 AM, it was still not ready at 8:20 AM. The quality of breakfast was average, though the lunch was good and tasty. Overall, while the location is a plus, the amenities, maintenance, and service leave a lot to be desired. I would not recommend this hotel unless significant improvements are made.

The staff was very helpful, he even contacted prior to arriving at the hotel. The hotel room was good and the bathroom was good too. Overall it was a good experience.

The stay was very pleasant, and I really appreciated the aesthetic appeal of the room. However, I’d like to mention a few areas for improvement: 1. Curtains: The room curtains were quite light, and there was no blackout layer to block direct sunlight, which made mornings a bit uncomfortable. Installing blackout curtains would greatly enhance guest comfort. 2. Bathroom Odor: There was a persistent unpleasant odor from the bathroom, particularly near the bathing area. It would be great if this could be checked and resolved. 3. Lift Issue: The elevator was not functioning during my stay, which caused inconvenience. 4. Check-in Process: The check-in process, especially for bookings made through platforms like MakeMyTrip, was quite slow. It took over 15 minutes for me to be checked in. A faster onboarding process would improve the overall experience. Thank you for your hospitality, and I hope these suggestions help enhance future guest stays.

Very bad.complimentary breakfast is bad.and asking to pay for foods.behaviour is also bad.rooms given to us is not shown in app..television is so small and room ambiance is not good.any way bad experience for me totally

It was mentioned there is a rooftop pool in the hotel but there was none. The staff was very rude in answering queries related to pool. Breakfast is alacarte and not much variety overall not worth spending rs 3600 for this substandard hotel

The room and the service of the staff was okay but the toilet was bad. It was stinky and not properly maintained. We had to change rooms because the first rooms ac was not working properly. I think it was a bit expensive

The rooms felt old, other wise it provide a value for money proposition, the only hotel available in kottarakkara Food tastes good , price also reasonable. Staff service were good 👍

First of all this was the most expensive hotel in your list but still i went for it because i felt it will be worth my money. I did not feel secure in the hotel. The door had just one key lock and no other latches to lock. That means any one with a key can easily enter my room at night. This was so not acceptable. It was the most insecure stay i had ever had.

Supper room and good cleaned toilet and room service excellent first reception staff performance is well

Blankets not clean, no hot water in the morning. Rooms and bathroom smells of sewage. Ac remote non-functional

Not recommended for family. The bathroom shower was not properly working, no geyser facilty. The room door was very heavy and opening and closing the door required herculean effort. Family travellers pls avoid staying here. Staff not pleasing

Fairly neat don’t expect too much hospitality like similar hotels in bigger cities. Breakfast has limited choice and takes time for preparation so time yourself accordingly. Bathrooms upkeep and maintenance requires improvement. Ironing board in the room is useless (no sponge on top and legs were dangling) overall an average experience compared to bigger city hotels, but maybe above average/good considering this small town. You may opt for staying.
