No tv, no ac, no inverter, food is costly no room clean, there is only 2 person bed, room are too small

275 sqft rooms are small ? What you are expecting sir how many large room you want in Rs.800- price? You are book non ac room.If you are book ac room then we can give you ac Room. We have Inverter & generator backup also.You are not eating Malvani food so that's why we are giving you your type food also.providing two wheeler also.after taking two wheeler you are realising you don't have licences . First you are given us 4 star & then 2 star .can you explain me how ?

The stay was not at all good the room had a pungent odor and the food which we ordered from the homestay was pathetic. We were forced to buy the bottle water as they didnt provided the normal water that usually the homestay people provide. The charges were extra abundantly high for food and the wifi connection was also not good.

First of all, your response is mischievous and ill-intentioned.This is the first bad reaction in the 4 years we have been in this business.The lady who wrote this feedback called us for booking a month ago and we provided all the information and within a few days she booked without any verification.Accordingly, this reaction has to be answered in detail,This lady booked a non ac room for 3 people which is a big room of 275 sqft with one big bed and one small bed 24 hours hot water whole area is safe Why did this lady not mention these facilities enjoyed in her reply.Why did she order back the same food / food the next day that the lady described as pathetic.This lady ordered lunch at 11 pm which was changed by 2 to 3 hours. We flatly refused to change the meal once it was made but so our meal was not miserable.We are making fresh malvani food.as per rates our food quantity is too much.The issue of water is very unconvincing. We have never forced these people to take any of our food.You were given the full idea of getting a bottle of mineral water whenever you asked for it and we delivered it to you on time.We also sent you ginger and salt when something stuck in your throat.Meal charges or all other information was already provided to you whether you expected free meals from us.Despite being told to put the plates outside after your meal, you deliberately placed the plates on the floor in front of you while the guests next to you placed their plates on the tables to the side.Did you do this on purpose to make the visiting tourists feel dirty?We provide free WiFi.Due to two days of heavy rain, WiFi was off only for one day.While our check out was at 10:30 you wanted to check out at 2:00 pm which we didn't give you because we had another guest arriving.Why did our main gate slam loudly while checking out, why was the geyser of the room kept on?
