Room door condition is very poor. It should be change imidiatly, some of hotel staff did not cooperate with us during my local tour. But overall good. Thanks to all hotel staffs. Try to improve there service more

When I entered the hotel there was absolutely no one there. I had to wait for 15 mins. When someone did get there I asked them to see the rooms. Rooms had dust everywhere and looked like they hadn't been cleaned. The hotel seemed to be in a general state of disarray. I paid extra to change my room from standard non ac to deluxe ac. They bumped me up to the suite for no extra charge. Its an ok place to spend the night if in transit.

Didn't give us the room

This hotel didn't give us the room and said we didn't confirm booking with Makemytrip but I got the confirmation from Makemytrip and I was left wandering on roads for 3 hours to get a hotel. Whatever it is please confirm the booking only once you get return confirmation from the hotel. My booking was confirmed and I got confirmation ID too but hotel staff firmly rejected the confirmation and said there are no rooms available and no rooms booked on my name.

I had visited this hotel on 6th July 2014.The actual name of this hotel is The Reef.It is a unit of Holiday Resorts.Location of the hotel is very good.But travel desk was not up to my satisfaction.As July month is a off season from tourism point of view,dining facility was not available in the hotel.As a whole it a very good hotel.

Actual hotel name is The Reef, A unit of Holiday Resort is an average budget hotel. Do not have high expectations from this hotel. Staff are supportive and very well mannered. Hygiene is an area which needs focus from hotel management. Overall an average rating from our side.

No breakfast given despite repeated requests, bed sheets towels not changed for four days poor toilets

Repeated requests on all four days resulted in a packet of half baked puris on one of the four days. Remaining three days lies we're repeated that breakfast is not ready. The hotel has no kitchen. There is no power back up in the hotel and regular power cuts leave all of us perspiring. The rats and cockroaches have field day. Who so ever has tied this hotel with Make my Trip company has either been bribed or is enemy of Make my Trip company. Terrible is the only word which can describe the stay and facilities at hotel. Dinner was not provided as per menu card and whatever was made for other guests was given to eat. Breakfast was not provided in spite of charging money and no refund was given. Horrible support from staffs as order of tea was declined.

Actually it seems to be an upcoming new hotel, so the hotel was neat, clean, airy and properly spacious & illuminated. Overall, it was at par our expectation on an Island.

Holiday Resort is a budget hotel and expectations should be in line. However, the hotel staff were very friendly and were prompt to respond to any requests--this makes for a pleasant experience. This hotel is worth recommending.
