Hilltop Retreat

It was good experience living at Hilltop Retreat. Very nice location on the hilltop. View from the room is excellent. Facilities by hotel was good.

It’s good if you want to just sleep at night. The place doesn’t have functioning restaurant. TV doesn’t work. Hot water sometimes comes sometimes doesn’t. Although, staff tried to make our stay as comfortable as possible but without having basic necessities of a hotel. It is hard to rate more than 2 stars.

Location is very good but needs to improve facilities in the rooms. Also road needs to be laid for access to the property.

The place was really scary, plus they didn't give us dental kits, towels or shower gels. The place didn't have a recharge on their tv. The hotel wasn't clean as well

Rating: 1 - terrible experience the caretaker/manager was intoxicated during our stay, which was highly unprofessional. They did not provide food as expected. Whenever we requested food, they didn’t have the necessary ingredients on hand. Instead, they would go to office the market to purchase the ingredients, leading to significant delays. This wasted a lot of our time and money. Overall, the experience was disappointing, and i would not recommend this place to others.

The location was good but management was not good enough. Their room's walls and ceilings are also full of moistness. Also they have not provided towels as per requirement. I am sharing some images for reference

Please share my feedback with your owner. Food arrangement is pathetic. No kitchen in the hotel. Ordered food is not served properly. Crockery is very old and not cleaned properly. Breakfast is served too late at 9 am and served in paper plates. Quality is also very poor. Bedsheets were not fresh. Used one were provided. Torn towel were given. No napkins provided. Tv channel were subscribed only after request but no marathi channel. Staff is not courteous. No service before 7:30 am. No arrangement for drivers. Bill was completely wrong. More items were added. I paid rs 14000 for 2 days. Overall experience is not worth for value. I will never recommend it to anyone

Horrible experience, poorly maintained proprty, leaky roof, electricity is not available, generator is available for timebeing, no proper management

Too much wind, due to this no power .I was there for 2 nights both night spend without electricity, they arrange hot water for bath, breakfast quality not so good both day they Serve poha . Asked for extra blanket they arrange shawl which was smelling. They charge almost 5000 ₹ per night. But it was not worth. I hope in other seasons that issues will not be there.

Except the location, nothing else was as expected. This hotel doesn’t worth for what we paid. Complimentary breakfast had only one option. Rooms doesn’t have ac. The tv available was without any cable connection. The dish connection provided with tv was not recharged. Overall this hotel didn’t meet the expectations and the money spent was utter waste
