Bad experience overall, i also did the got my refund

1. Room is near by the road. So always traffic sounds 2. Near by this hotel a sawmill is there they are working late night also. 2. Room is created using mcp walls. One ore more rats inside and making noises at night. Parking area is there but not safe.

Was a pleasant stay with a neat room and wash room

Location is ok for me but no food corner with hotel
There is no Covid 19 protocol procedure followed by hotel management

I am happy about the accommodation locality and the service which they provided.

Service was very bad. The person at the front desk only pretended to help us. Really only wasted our time.
I didnt live in this hotel, because it didnt work. They accept prepaid bookings but cannot provide a room. They stole our time and money. Worst experience of my life

Should improve the facility and also the approach towards customer. Hygiene was very poor. They gave a water jug and when my brother opened that we saw many small cockroaches inside the cap. There were no towels,soap etc. kept in the bathroom. Two times we faced power failure. They didn't start the generators that time. Stay was terrible. I will never recommend this hotel to any one.

Convenient location. Spacious rooms

-There was no housekeeping when we asked he just told that they will do it but was never done. -The room had wierd smell and had stain marks all over the wall and cieling. -We booked 4 rooms as we were 12 people. But instead he gave us a crappy double bed and a sleeping matress to sleep on floor. -We all were disgusted by the cockroaches crawling around our room. -Of the 3 room he gave, only 2 of the rooms had water coming. -For a room, they only had one wall-clamped fan. That too wasn't working fine. -This was the worst experience of ever living in hotel.

Good atmosphere, clean premises

Good for family and couples, nice location and atmosphere, good hospitality, clean and calm place.

Big room with balcony, restaurant is missing, but lots of good restaurants available near by, near to nostalgic 1980's restaurant and udupi pure veg restaurant, overall good.

Such a good staff. And the cleanliness and facilities also good. Cheap and best.

Except the power cuts. Quite a comfortable stay

It was a very pleasant stay there. Hotel person Mr. Jyothibasu is a very kind and helpful person. He help us in early check-in and also feel us comfortable. Only one issue is their bed mattress, which is made up of spring and not very comfortable but as we were tired its not a big deal for us, all other things is quite good.

Rooms are spacious, neat and clean. Reception person was helpful and we'll mannered. Hotel doesn't have restaurant but will get food at nearby shops and restaurants. It was awesome stay. I will recommend for accommodation.

This hotel is on the way to banasura dam and no restaurant facility. There isn't nearby good hotels. We have reached hotel by 7 pm and booked three premium rooms per room cost about 1200 Rs. But none of the rooms are ready for check-in position. After Long wait we have given rooms. The rooms are horrible. One room have not geyser. Other rooms have geyser but no hot water coming. The toilet seat covers are broken. The toilets have very bad smell and slippery. There is no mirror inside the rooms. We are used toilet mirrors only. Also only one wall mounted fan provided which is not at all sufficient. Entire night we spent without sleep. I have never had such a bad experience in my entire life. Don't ever try this hotel.
