Terrible Stay

We went to hotel at 4pm. The room was still not ready. We waited outside. They cleaned the toilet after we entered the room. There was no toiletries in the room. Only towels were there. There was no choice for the breakfast. Only pulavu was available

The hotel was barely manageable. I had a very bad experience staying there. The washroom was horrible as it was so dirty. Geysers not working and there is a tv but it did not have any channels to watch.

The food was delicious. The room and the washroom were clean. The location of the hotel was trouble-free. The staffs are decent. All the amenities were functional. Overall I can say its a superb stay.
