The ac was not working fine and there was stench in room

we weren't given the rooms during checkin and we walked out to book a new hotel in the middle of the night

They provided a very small sized cornered room and it was very shady kind of. Than upon requesting they provided twin bed instead of king size.

There was some problem on the room’s floor it was kind of wet i don’t know if there was leakage but other than that everything was perfect staff was great

It was a wonderful stay with Sarovar portico their hospitality, and you know services are very good with that. Also make my trip has helped me a lot in booking my stay. It gave me a very hefty you know discount of almost 2000. So it was a great experience with MMT and Sarovar portico.

Front office team is inefficient. Me and my wife were travelling to Jaipur and booked this hotel for 1 night. Check in and check out process is time consuming. We were given a room which is way smaller than a regular room size with smaller than queen size bed. We called the front office to change the room and the second room offered to us was interconnected and we could hear the next room guests voice. It was a frustrating moment and again stepped down to reception to inform this and in 3rd attempt they finally given me the regular room. No room service menu was available and we called the IRD which took nearly 50 minutes after calling thrice. Food and restaurant service is good.

The front desk and check in was quite fast and efficient. The room was good and clean. The buffet dinner was average. Though the chef was trying his best, but the menu was very limited.
