No lighting, No value for money very costly. No clean swimming pool. We are not recommended this hotel

Nice hotel and great location of vki industrial area. Staff is very good and also food is very delicious.

Location and food was fine. Rooms were not at par with any 4 star hotel. Washrooms were even bad, water supplies kept making noise whole night, no water pressure in taps. Lights were not working. Car was parked by valet under trees and it got drenched in bird droppings.

Very terrible. Nit-her food nor behaviour of the staff are tolerable. I would advise not to stay in this hotel.

We had selected the hotel as it was near to our jaipur home. The stay was comfortable. The room service was very good and the staff was polite and professional to the core.

Bathroom fitting poor quality, leakage of water. Unresponsive staff. Rooms are just ok. Not worth money u spend.

Buffet doesn’t have sabji or dal. The hotel primarily serves foreigners. Pathetic service in restaurant and food was also poor. Room was not up to the mark. Better to stay in ramada than park ocean

Though the food is very good the staff needs some training.

There is no welcome in hotel, after sharing the id detail straight went to room where there no staff who can shift the leagues into room after requested for water but staff replied two bottles in 500 ml is enough for two and one 8 years old child. For extra bottles need pay charge. Room amenities were not there loke tooth kite slipper, tea kettle was dirty inside. Old water was there. Thanks. T

Not up to the mark property, cleaning issue

Worst kind of experience i had at this hotel. They have charged 3000 for extra bed for my small kid. Even 5star doesn’t charge for baby milk they have charged 100rs every time.

the behavior of receptionist is bad. first the gave me twin beds. in fact my booking was of king-size bed so many things were not good 😐

Towels and toiletries were provided on request. Ac was not working properly and had to stay at a 30 degree temperature.

Pathetic Hotel, basic amenities are chargeable like Dental Kit
