1. Check in took time. 2. 1 room was given at 3:30 pm instead of 2:00 pm 3. That room was very bad with some insecticide sprayed which became unbearable to stay. 4. After lots of arguments room was changed . 5. Downgrade of room from premier to normal . 6. No refund. 7. Was instead offered free breakfast.

Overall good stay. The rooftop restaurant was closed due to renovation. The room size was good to accommodate 3 people at a time, however the bathroom felt small in size. The wardrobe had a creaking sound, assuming it has been years since the hotel is functioning. The staff was helpful except for once when we asked to dry the washroom and give us fresh set of towels after freshening up. They denied saying cleaning only happens once and not after we have checked in

Persistent AC ISSUE | Second visit

This was my second visit and I faced the ac problem again. Initially allotted us the deluxe room, although we booked super deluxe. The room’s ac was not working, on complaint they moved to a super deluxe room. Room was fine but exhaust was not working and there was moisture on the walls. Overall experience was fine but their rooms need renovation.
