Property is good; but room was not in great shape - Main door of Room allocated to us (501) was not properly getting closed - Sheet put on our bed had holes in it. Bathroom was also not properly cleaned

Location of the hotel is at the price place ie Raja Park from where old city, museum are in 4-5 Km distance. Hotel is well maintained, clean and rooms are excellent. The only area where it needs improvement is the food as breakfast and food served in room doesn’t felt well prepared like idlis are dry, chicken biryani was ordered twice but the chicken was not well cooked. So hotel is good for stay but not so good for food lovers.

This is my 2nd stay in this property, location is good, stay was comfortable, limited veg options in buffet and taste could be better, Had both Dinner snd breakfast buffet at the property Location was great, property is good, clean with parking onsite, adjoining to main road. Just entered into the hotel. No welcoming and after reception desk incident the manager without knowing our name told wait your room is getting ready. Without knowing our name. Pathetic services. Room were smelling bad, uncomfortable bed. Coming to the breakfast. I have never eaten such a bad breakfast in my life. If i could give them negative score, m happy to give it.

It was really very comfortable stay. Last stay in Ramada for me was not very nice in Indore. But this stay really cleared my old memories and all was just perfect. I am sure i will visit again this place. Rooms are very comfortable, bed is also quite comfortable. Bathrooms are clean and well maintained. Just we had some limited options in morning breakfast but honestly it was of good taste. We also opted for dinner as well as it was delicious. So in all it was really a pleasant stat with family. Must try. Location is also perfect
