Dirty and stuffy rooms with very tiny bathroom. Quite disappointed! Torn upholstery n dirty carpets

The stay was not so good. The ac dint work The first night. Then wifi never use to work at nights. Breakfast was bad. It was over priced for the service they provided.

Rooms were nice, location was gud but the only issue was the breakfast was served cold and the best part I was there at 8 at the time off serving

It was a pleasant stay. Food was good. Room was clean. I was given an early check in by Ms. Sanvi. Overall a good experience.

My appreciation goes for their Staff, very courteous, supportive and prompt. but of course there is scope for improvement in the Breakfast menu, The chef should add a little more variety of dishes to the breakfast menu.

we had a 4 nights / 5 Days of stay at Zone. We admire the courtesy of the Staff at Hotel. stay was quite comfortable . we believe the hotel room facilities can be improved with few water slippage marks. Only RO water in Room is a very old fashioned by surprise. we didn't enjoy the food n taste at breakfast especially lacking variety n taste. but it's a minor thing as my last comparison was with zone -Jodhpur which was 2 notch higher in comfort , food n room orientation. Nothing to be considered as below standard just a few areas to excell.

Kitchen services need improvement. When we ordered rasmalai, they served it hot and it was too hard as well. Uou expect rasmalai to be softer and served chilled. Also during breakfast they made us wait 15 min for parathas. We had to ask again and again for the same.

1. Location was very good, near to rly station 2. Very neat, fresh and good property. Courteous staff at reception 3. Amenities were good, instead of soap, they can provide shower gel 4. Food was below average in the breakfast - Fruits were not at all good , Idly was poor , curd was very bad 5. Service was pretty good

The ambience was not upto the mark and the food was not at all good taste was very bad.The Park is not at all known for this service.

I stayed at Zone by The Park for three days and had a smooth, comfortable experience. The location is easy to reach and close to most places we needed. Check-in was quick, the staff were warm and helpful, and any requests were handled fast. The room was clean with a comfy bed, good AC, and a tidy bathroom with steady hot water. Breakfast had enough variety and tasted good, and room service arrived hot and on time. Overall, great value and I’d happily stay here again.
