The room was small, the price was very high for the size of the room, and thirdly, everything there was very expensive. There was a difference of about ₹100 to ₹200 compared to using the mini fridge.

Quite a mix bag of experience

Positives: The hotel is very centrally located on mirza ismail road. The old city part of Jaipur is a couple of kms away. Many good cafes, restaurants and clubs in C scheme are also close-by. Thus moving around in a crowded Jaipur with chaotic traffic and unruly drivers, it saves ton of time and energy to be in a centrally located property . Service:: The hotel staff is friendly and unfriendly depending on their individual nature. While some of them were extea helpful, some others were rough and nonchalant. The elderly doorman is ever smiling and always spoke in a cheerful tone. Rooms and facility: The biggest issue is with the AC. The central AC ducts have a lot of dust and a strange smell would come in the room as soon as the AC is switched on. Secondly, the rug placed in the bedroom was filthy and needs a thorough wash.

Poor Stay

Rooms are too small and its not like as shown in picture and its smells also. There is no ventilation in room no windows nothings. Overall stay is not good at this hotel. Staff was gud but rooms are not.

Hi Make my Trip Team, Please take this as my 100% genuine authentic feedback and I will also post the same on portal. Please see what can you do to take care that such malpractices do not reoccur with any one and I continue make bookings on your portal as I have been doing for more than one decade: Few facts about the Hotel Lavanya Grand: 1. The rooms were not clean and full of dust. Even the pillows had hairs on them and they did not bother to replace the same. 2. Receptionist was arrogant. 3. I was overcharged without telling any basis for the increase in room rent. Final price I got was at par with a 4 star decent hotel and the quality I got in return was at par with a 2 star. 4. Water was leaking profusely from split Air conditioner in the room. It was not centrally air conditioned. 5. There is no car parking available in the Hotel. You will have to get your vehicle parked on the road. 6. Claimed Discount of 15% on in- house food bill was not actually provided. 7. 6. Basic items like toileteries, towals and slippers even were not arranged beforehand. We had to place a specific request for them. 7. In the end, even the check out process was not smooth. We had to handover our room keys and wait in the reception area before checking out. The only good thing about Hotel was that it was at a strategic location in the heart of city.

Rooms doesn’t have any ventilation nor any windows. Feel’s suffocating and the rooms are very small. Food is really good and even room service and room hygiene is good.

Our stay at the hotel was overall okay. The staff was polite and helpful, which we really appreciated. However, the food was not very tasty and could be improved. One major issue we faced was that we had booked a Premium Room (Leisure Inn), but we were given a Standard Room instead. This was disappointing and did not meet our booking expectations.
