Very poor experience. The room had an unpleasant smell, a very disappointing experience with breakfast as it was of very low quality and most of the items were tasteless and some items were served cold. Some of the members on reception were also unhelpful and non-cooperative.

Excellent Stay
We had a very comfortable stay, with an excellent breakfast buffet spread. The staff was courteous and extremely helpful, and the facilities were more than adequate. The location of the property also really worked well for us. I'd strongly recommend staying at this property.

The washroom was very small and the room was very compact with very few facilities. Not worth the money they charge

very mediocre
Hotel needs lot of improvements in the overall mgt . Rooms and bathrooms are quite rundown and need to be redone . Food quality and breakfast were not up to the mark .

Room does not have basic facility likes toiletries kit. Also food option was not good in buffet and taste was not up to the mark

Good for solo travelers nd for business persons even will recommend for solo female travelers also as room are small nd compact but its nice!

Terrible Stay
I received a call from Ibis hotel, Jaipur one day before informing me that they had some water issue and gave me two options, one to cancel my booking and the second to agree to shift my booking to a different hotel, which would be done by Ibis. On reaching Jaipur I hired a taxi and went to the hotel, they denied to allott the pre booked rooms and shifted us to a different hotel which was not in the same class. Three of us are senior citizens and we had no option but to agree with their proposal. As the booking was through Make my trip, it was expected that any changes to the schedule should have been informed through Make my trip and the hotel should not have cancelled our stay there. We had a very bad experience.

Terrible Stay
Terrible rooms, stained bathroom, dirty WC, dirty bath linen. Asked for mineral water which they did not give had to Swiggy water to the hotel as the bottle’s placed were terrible. Terrible staff, basic training missing. Check in procedure faulty - gave the same room they gave me to a different guest too. Worst experience ever.

It was very average.. small rooms.. though clean...staff was good.. amenities were fine as well but room size wasn’t upto the mark.. some stain on shower holder ..little cracks in walls as well..but overall goof

Very compact rooms including beds and bathrooms. Service response is quite slow. They show discounts to dine-in guests but every time they present you the bill, you have to ask them to apply a discount as per the booking, if you miss it you miss it.
