Location of property - Good rooms - good staff - mixed reviews breakfast - needs a lot of improvement.

Old rooms with humidity and a very small television very old kettle and cups everything was not according to superior room

Property is good but their wifi is pathetic and also phone lines doesn't work most of the time

I will concentrate on the cleanness of the room. In the beginning, I was allotted room number 409 and it was stinking and some bad smell was coming from the AC vent. There were also cockroaches near the entrance of the room. When I pointed out ,I was shifted to 405. It was okay, but still it is below average as far as the cleaness of the glasses, window and washroom is concerned. Breakfast was very good and staff was also very cooperative.

I have a great experience with my family. I love the service, The food is also good The only thing that is not up to the mark is the bathroom .

Location is very good I love this location, food also very good. The frontdesk/reception crew members are very rude and non cooperative in their behaviour. The rooms also not upto mark, the chair was broken and I fell down fortunatly there was no injury.
