Location is very good I love this location, food also very good. The frontdesk/reception crew members are very rude and non cooperative in their behaviour. The rooms also not upto mark, the chair was broken and I fell down fortunatly there was no injury.

it was the worst expeience of my life of staying here this was my biggest mistake why am saging this because the room which we have booked for our stay room was okay but the bathroom oh my god when we took a bath in the evening the whole water was like brought to my bedroom from the bathroom and whole bathroom was overflowed with full water drainage system was horrible and on the top of that when i called on the reception and telling then about it they already knew it and thier response was so normal and said sorry sir but we cnt do anything this problem is there since it had built i have taken some pictures also let me upload it here and room service house keeping is also really very bad....and when we got up in the morning still the water was floating on the floor in the bathroom even after 10 hours water has'nt gone out from the bathroom floor

Its a good and nice place to stay and centrally located in Jaipur City. Comfortable room and staff is good and supportive.

I had requested for early check in @ 6.00 AM while booking for 3 days. There was no mention of extra charges at the time of booking. Right place to stay in jaipur..every thing is good ..breakfast,room condition ,staffbehaviour ,location everything is perfect..
