Staff especially in restaurant are more vigilant, courteous and attentive. Food quality is below average and need much improvement. Hotel ambience is good

All is good and food was ok behaviour of the staff were excellent and rooms cleaning was perfectly

The hotel exceeded my expectations. The rooms were spacious and well-maintained, the staff was polite and helpful, and the overall ambiance was relaxing. I would definitely stay here again!

we had good experience at the hotel. I would call it a budget friendly 5 star hotel. but few things considered can take this hotel to another level. 1. the rooms can be more clean. we found stain on the carpet. 2. every room has bathtub. but no bath products are provided like bath salt, Essential oil. we asked for it, but a hotel staff came and poured shampoo in it. 3. please keep more toiletries. there should be minimum 2 shower caps, only one was provided. No bathrobes were provided. but apart from that the hotel staff was polite, we were given a cake for our anniversary, breakfast was good. also no one asked for feedback, may be there was rush at that time. please take care of these things to take your hotel to next level.
