I recently stayed at Vesta Maurya Palace and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. The room and bathroom were in poor condition, which did not meet my expectations. The room was uncomfortable and not well-maintained, and the bathroom was particularly bad, lacking cleanliness.
Additionally, I found the staff to be unhelpful and uncooperative, which made the overall experience even more frustrating. It felt as though there was a lack of customer care, which is essential when staying at any hotel.
I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience and would suggest they focus on improving their facilities, basic training and staff training.
