The room is full of humidity and a worst smell fragrance which makes the mood spoiled, the pillows and bedsheets are dirty and not dried well. The walls and ceiling paints coming out of the wall and the they refuse to provide deluxe catogery diffrent room for the costumers booked

The amenities shown on booking time was not available in room then i told to the staff to provide they refused. Staff behavior was so arrogant. I suggest not to stay there. They promise somthing and provide something. And after you complain they refuse and misbehave.
