The standard check-in time at our property is 12:00 noon, while you requested an early check-in at 9:00 AM. Considering you were traveling with children, we made a special exception and provided an early check-in without any additional charges, even though there was an issue with your booking voucher. Regarding your concern about room cleanliness, our team immediately responded and showed you alternative rooms. You selected another room of your choice, and the change was made promptly to ensure your comfort. Additionally, breakfast was not included on your check-in date; however, we extended this service as a gesture of goodwill for your family.
