Hotel Amritsar Grand by Levelup Hotels

When I reached the hotel, I came to know that the hotel staff had made the booking in another hotel, that too without informing me.

change our hotel location which was near golden temple. this was totally wrong . don't book advance with level up hotel

Stay is pathetic no parking available no amenities in the room poor management by the staff

Location is good but not very good managed. Staff is not very supportive and helpful. Room is limited space and wall is dirty.

कुछ भी अच्छा नही था सर्विस बिल्कुल बेकार टी वी, वाई फाई नही चल रहा था कंप्लैन करने के बाद भी नही आये ठीक करने टी वी का रिमोट टूटा हुआ था कमरे की लाइट नही जल रही थी खाना नही था उनके पास ठंडा पानी मांग तो पैसे की मांग करी

Location is good, Darbar sahib is easily reachable by foot, market is closeby. The service at hotel is also nice.

Very bad experience.. no dish tv .. tv there but no cable in it...very small rooms ... feel suffocations... please donot prefer

Hotel is located near Golden temple and Jallianwala Bagh. Rooms are best for stay and services also very nice. Staff service also very polite. Best to stay for travellers.

Never think of booking this hotel for your stay. The rooms are very small Bathroom has no drains. And the receptionist thinks that she owns everything and can abuse guests and say whatever she likes. Even if you book a Executive Room, They will try to accommodate you in a much smaller deluxe room. when you confront them about this they will start abusing. We were a group of 5 senior citizens and still she did not think twice before doing so. The lift was not working and we have to climb all the way to 3rd Floor.

Good location of stay. Walking distance from golden temple. The entire stretch from hotel to golden temple is paved and good place to hangout with food and cloth stalls. The hotel is a good budget alternative. The hotel staff is responsive. Although rooms are slightly small but all the required amenities are present. Eating at the hotel restaurant can be avoided.

The actual room was quite opposite of what is shown on the app. Bathroom’s condition was pathetic. Stains all over and no space at all

A perfect example of “Looks can be deceptive”. The rooms are just opposite of what is shown in the photos. Don’t get fooled by the photos. Bathrooms are in terrible condition. No maintenance since the hotel is open. Just the Location is good.

The stay was fine, the rooms were clean and service can be improved

No parking space for vehicle, intercom not working, shower not working, water tap not working, no hot water for long time after complaining hot water was started. All bathroom fitting are terrible to use. Overall zero star from my side.

Limited veg buffet room size small can be considered for solo vocational stay. Best thing: walking distance to golden temple & main market
