Poor Rooms , not even clean, exhaust fan making sound whole night while running, Old style furniture...excess price .., very less option in breakfast...no fruits....Not recomanded at all...Pls avoid this hotel during Amritsar Stay...ZERO RATINGS

There was only limited food but when u ask them and they will reply with that they have only this much ....but I paid for signature suite where taps were not working properly this was horrible experience

overall maintenance very bad. smell in multiple places. food not good. overall a bad experience. our stay was for one night.

Room was ok have ask them to change bedsheet and for basic things like bathroom slippers and dental kit and towels .

Lacks Hospitality The only plus of this property is location as you can stroll around and check out different happening places. The worst is their hospitality, no greetings by receptionist, rooms are okay but stinky and the receptionist least cares. There is no parking facility or valet. One has to park on road. The reception guy gave me a vibe as if why the hell I had come. Also no good evening or greetings from them. The taps were broken. The bed linen were stained and not pleasurable at all.

It’s comfortable for me, mostly i liked room and hotel staff, i also like foor services, location area is most beautiful and loveable for me, i like very much this restaurant thankyou so much.

Staff was very polite and humble with us, room were very clean and facilities they provided were beyond my expectations. Thumbs up for the hospitality.

Claustrophobic room. Bad washbasin. Dental n shaving kits have to be demanded. No organised parking or serutity

It is average hotel and rooms are fine and location is prime.

1. Staff was non cooperative 2. Not picking the call to answer the query stating that they are busy 3. No essential kits in washroom 4. Service was pretty slow

please please please do not visit this bullshit hotel. All problems and no facility. 1. Bedsheets,pillow covers , quilt all were wet. 2. Rooms is full of stains. 3. Every bedsheet and every thing in furniture has stains. 4. AC has very poor cooling. 5. Walls of washroom were stained and very bad smell coming from the washroom all the time. 6 Hotel stairs part is too smelly. 7. Lobby in front of rooms is too smelly and hot . No air conditioning is there
