Brand new conveniently located Hotel in Amritsar.

The hotel is conveniently located and not more than 200 meters from the Railway station. Which means it is centrally located and all visiting places are close. Hotel looked brand new and spacious rooms with clean bedsheets and toilets, we didnt try any of their food items as when you are in Amritsar you would like to eat the local delicacies. Staff was friendly but not their GM on duty, had a small interaction with him.

Nice Room with Hot Shower

The room was clean and comfortable, with all the basic amenities I needed. The hot shower worked perfectly and was great after a long day. The TV had a good selection of channels, which made the stay more enjoyable. Overall, a pleasant experience and good value for the price.

One of the worst hotel ever

One of the worst experiences ever. The staff and manager are not supportive at all. They don’t care about customer safety — after cleaning, they left my room door open for the whole day. Even after reporting it to the receptionist, nothing was done. The cleaning is terrible, and the service is pathetic — you have to call them at least five times for even the smallest request. Not at all worth the price and definitely not deserving of a 4-star rating. Do not book this hotel.
