Excellent hospitality provided by swabhimanyuu and feit good excellent staff and one of the best place to stay in hyd.Friendly, accommodating staff, willing to help with a smile. Facilities, good looking rooms. There was a manager that helped to serve us during the set dinners, he was very helpful and polite.

The location is amazing. The rooms are clean and nice. Breakfast was good

Good service oriented team and ensured stay comfortable. Old carpets may be looked in to for replacement for a better experience further which are reducing the impact of their continued efforts.

Staff not supportive, During stay room was not cleaned in next day. Breakfast is worst not testy and limited options in two days stay.

The room AC blower was full of Noice and even after complaint the staff mentioned that this Noice is normal.

As I am in a situation of unavoidable circumstance to not stay in the hotel during that period and raised a ticket for refund but there is no help being given by make my trip team. It's was average stay first room which was allotted that was what they green room 1) not a single window only walls 2) ac was not working they had not checked before 3) all switches were dead i had to tell them to change room they agreed and gave me higher room that's the reason i am giving average rating or else it was poor stay. It felt like jail. Very bad vibes in this room

My stay at fern residency was excellent and it exceeded my expectations. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring every detail was perfect. Room was well designed and equipped with modern amenities.

Location is near to temple, it's ok. Food- is good decent breakfast buffet spread aminuties - old and needs lot of repair and improvise for new look servuce- good lock and all broken not made ready or good look all crude

Stay was quite comfortable. We were allotted two attached rooms as per our demand. Very good hospitality.
