It was a good experience though we hardly stayed there the whole time. Staff was good and food ok.

The hotel is located very close to the temple, which is a significant advantage. However, there were some issues with basic amenities: the flush wasn't working, the jet spray was broken, and the desk was almost unusable. Additionally, towels were not provided. On a positive note, the staff were very helpful; otherwise, I would have given a lower rating.

Location is very good, within the proximity of Golden Temple. Great hospitality. Although travel desk seems more like a scam. Do not believe when they say things are complimentary. They will bill you even for those. Do not let them make your iternary. They'll fight you if you try to speak about billing complimentary things. Hotel staff remains unbothered acting like it is not related to hotel (which is not true, as the travel is recommended by hotel staff and they literally have there table next to hotel reception). They could have done better there. Did not try there food. Overall average.

Bad experience no towal available, no room cleaning and also very bad smelly rooms

The hotel was worst. Property was not good. Rooms are very congested. Room service was very poor. Door bell was not working. TV was not working.

Room was very small, the worst part was water ran out in morning by 8 am, then no water for entire day. I was not able to take bath or even use toilet 😔😕

Good Location. Very near to Golden Temple. Very good and friendly staff. Best part is, they have their inhouse Rikshaws with nominal prices, which you can get to place you want.

Horrible experience. Poorly located in tiny back lanes. Poor staff. Stray dogs barking outside. Damp interiors. Charged me even without check in. I was travelling alone with a child. This was my worst experience ever. Inhuman behaviour. Will never recommend it to anyone also will post an elaborate experience on google.
