staff behavior is not good they were asking for extra taxes other than i already paid they even told us to cut down the electricity once! no services for towel, soaps, tv ,etc congested washroom and no free air circulation

1. The room were soo wrecked, and literally not up to the mark as shown on make my trip app, water bottle were not sealed, lift was not working. The whole hotel is not up to the mark, rooms gate are not totally closed

It's a doubtful property that's are very very terrible, rude and puzzled staff. Request to look at somewhere else to stay.

Location is good. But no kitchen/restaurant is working. Behaviour for offering breakfast is also very rude. It's like that they are making some extra efforts for me to get the breakfast. Staff behaviour is also very bad. They collected extra cash at the time of check in & also they are not agree to take it later at the time of checkout. They do not allow me to check in without extra cash. It's now 3 day a they told me that they will what's app the bill. But they are not replying me anything. Requested to may time

Hotel room was clean. Hotel staff behavior very polite. I book a hotel via MakeMyTrip I done online payment but when I reached hotel then I face this problem. Hotel owner says, we are not accepted booking via MakeMyTrip and online payment but after some time hotel owner manage.
