Good food, great location. The hotel has valet parking but no private parking, my car got many scratches overnight. The check in was smooth, rooms are spacious and the food was good. Will like to stay here again.

Wonderful stay, we stayed here for 2 nights and everything was perfect. room service is excellent ....loved the food and drinks... And all the hotel staff was very polite and cooperative. Specially thanks to Mr. RAHUL KUMAR , Mr. RAGHUVEER and Head chef Mr. BHUWAN SINGH for their truly world class service. Kudos to them. Best hotel for stay with family. Terrible Stay

Such a cheap, insensitive and disgusting hotel. I was on my periods and there was a tiny stain on the bedsheet and these people had the audacity to charge me for washing it. Are you serious? This is a basic human situation, not some crime. Clearly, this place has no empathy, no standard, and no understanding of hygiene or hospitality. Shameful and pathetic. Would never recommend this place to any women or frankly, to anyone with common sense.

Good location, spacious rooms. good interior. Improvemnt required in bathroom space and amenities. Should have enough hangers and towel stand should be on a high level rather than below wash basin. Housekeeping not upto the marks, in 3 days stay there was always some goofups in cleaning Food good. but options in breakfast buffet limited and at time quality not as expected.

The hotel is good value for money option. They serve some good breakfast so room with breakfast is advisable. Some niggles like handwash and shampoo dispensers were broken. But overall stay was good. The location of the hotel is also an advantage as it is close to all the tourist spots and market. Location is easily accessible as it is very near to Railway Station & ISBT... Transportation services are easily available from the hotel. Food is very sumptuous....I think the chefs hands are magical... Amenities are almost available and services are superb...I stay with my family...so the family is happy..It's overall a nice stay and I recommend others to stay at this beautiful location.

Excellent Stay

The welcoming arrival experience was great. The front office bellboys are happy to see you coming to the hotel. A positive vibe in the beginning. The desk for confirmation of the booking was smooth and assistance was given. The room was clean and organized. Beds are comfortable. Staying for 1 day and wish to extend more. Staff are well mannered with the services Kudos to all the team.

Despite of rooms are available they are not giving early rooms in the morning. This the area which needs improvement.
