I stayed in hotel for 02 days. As per my experience there were few pros and cons about hotel. Pros: Food is good. Staff is well and good nature. Property is well maintained & location is good. Amenities provided were good as per hotel category. Cons: There is delay in services. Room is not well maintained. There were bugs and small cockroach in rooms. AC was not working properly.

The property location is good but the service provided by the resort is terrible.We books 3 rooms for 4 nights and 5 days with breakfast and dinner but faced many issue related to the staff service and the taste less food.They said most of their staff is on holidays so the house keeping guy comes in the evening after many phone call requests to clean the room.The door lock was also not working and they do not have anybody who can change or repair it. The intercom was not working,the fan regulator was not working and regarding the food they served cold food with less variety and in the main course all the stuff was too sweet even the sabji and dal too.We often asked them to make it at least a little bit spicy and the most terrible thing was that they served same sweet in lunch which they served previous dinner.so overall

We as couple were staying in room(16.10.25 to 20.10.25),spending quality time,house keeping staff entered in our room with master key after we shouted on him,he says that management has told him to do so,GM of this hotel is very unprofessional he says that this is very normal that our house keeping enters in every room with master key(without permission)
