excellent staff, excellent rooms & facilities

The hotel is in main location of Vasco, food and other facilities are nearby ,however this is not a tourist spot. More suited for business trips. The food at the hotel was decent. We had a breakfast buffet. The hotel also a had a spa facility which I had used and it was good.

The stay in HQ was a memorable one. The staff were courteous and pleasant, right from the security staff, to bell boys, to reception staff. Room was clean and hygiene. Breakfast with a very nominal added cost is worth of several fold. The only minus point is the lack of parking space The stay in HQ was a memorable one

Location is near VASCO Rly STN. Food is excellent and services are Prompt. Also very neat & clean linen and rooms. Had very pleasant time.

Overall I experienced a comfortable stay because the rooms are specious, clean, washroom are clean and well maintained, food was good 👍

My experience is good with makemytrip.Every amenitie is good and food is also good. Staff is also good

The staff was unhelpful. None of them guided me to my room or explained the amenities. The air conditioning was turned off for over two hours, and at night, it malfunctioned, causing a lot of noise and leaking water everywhere, which left the room in a disarray. The bathroom taps were dripping, and the lighting in the room was insufficient. No one seemed to care. It was a very disappointing experience.

Location is good, food is also good facilities are ok ok... But the prb is for smoker.... All the rooms are non smoking...if anyone wants to smoke they have to climb to 8th floor or they can go out of property for smoking...

A few things for improvement: Washroom exhaust not working. TV not working. Response slow.

Its has been perfect stay near to airport or railway station. In house resturant serves delicious food. They help to arrange paid transport to railway station or Airport. overall best stay.

Its was comfortable and the staff was welcoming and polite. The room of spacious and clean. Overall a wonderful exp.

It was a comfortable stay. Room service was not that quick but rooms were cozy and had everything necessary. The pool though was dirty and it is open from 9am to 6pm which is an odd schedule in my opinion.. water was clean but tiles looked dirty(yellowish).

cleaning was not proper near the bed and what is concept of mirror opening on bathroom instead of proper walls everything else was good

Amenities and hospitality was good! Staff was helpful and welcoming. Room service was good. Food was tasty.
