I recently visited Goa looking for some peace, and trust me… I finally found it. ☮️ I stayed at Okean De Goa, and OMG the place was incredible! The food, the room, the service — everything was just perfect. The music, my drink, made the whole vibe even better. A big shoutout to Raju, the bartender. He suggested an amazing drink combo and I enjoyed it a lot. Every time I came back to the resort tired, I felt completely relaxed again. 🧘‍♀️✨ I stayed there for 3 nights, and honestly guys, I enjoyed every moment. The cleanliness was impressive — super neat and fresh. And a fun tip: when you visit next time, show Raju my review or picture… he’ll definitely treat you well! 😄❤️ Huge thanks to the entire Okean De Goa team. Must-visit place. Loved it! 🥰💯

The location of the property is not good, the staff behavior needs improvement, they provided an inferior room i.e. room without balcony whereas I had booked a room with a balcony. The breakfast food was good and tasty.

The experience was good, the rooms were clean and well maintained, and the food is amazing, i guess that's the best food I've ever had but the only problem that i faced was with the room service, the staff was less due to which there were issues. I would suggest the team to hire more staff to improve the complete service.

This is a very beautiful hotel, newly renovated. The staff will go that extra length to make you feel comfortable. Rooms are very spacious and the swimming pool is also very clean. Food is amazing and they have got an excellent cook. Location wise, it is just next to Thalassa and Kiki.

Property was not well managed. The hospitality they provided was not that great. They welcomed us with the harsh behaviour. We had issue with room and asked for exchange, the owner was harshly dening. We had issue with the entry key card and took long to resolve it.

We stayed here for one day and booked suite room which was very spacious. Washroom was very clean. They were very kind enough and allowed us to extend our checkout time for an hour. Pool area was very clean

Okean de goa, when I arrived at 10:30pm on 15.08.2025, they gave me a room on the top floor and I requested them to give me a room on the first floor because few of my friends were staying on the same floor. Then they showed me one room and the AC did not work there at all. After several inspections and rectifications by them the AC was still not working. The receptionist stopped taking my calls. I told them that they can give me the previous room only which was at 2nd floor. Within an hour and they said the room is not available now. They literally forced to stay in that room where the AC was not working at all. I asked them to call the owner and they refused. Then they stopped responding to me. I broke a glass and told them to give me a room with AC right now or I’ll break more stuff. At 3:00am in the night suddenly they got one room in the other building and they gave me that room, 5 mins after I broke the glass. So for 4 and 1/2 hours they did not have any room and they literally forced me to be in that dirty and no AC room. Finally they gave me a room with AC. They did not clean my room once for 3 nights or my overall stay. My stuff was missing when I was packing. They said they didn’t find anything. The room was never cleaned and the corridor was so dark. They switched off the lights in the day time also and on purpose knowing I am staying alone in the room. The day when I had to check out, on 18.08.2025, the corridor lights were on. For security purpose the hotel is very unsafe and a lone female should never stay here. Next was the service, very slow and half of the time they always refused that no we don’t have this or that. I will never stay here again for sure.
