Heritage Villa Patiala

The property was very beautiful.Very good staff and ample parking space with a lot of greenery and a park. It's like home stay.Breakfast was on order and like home cooked food.

more like homestay with limited facilities.staff was courteous. notice in room regarding penalties for staining different items on bed looks obnoxious

Amazing stay for families. Calm, clean and amazing food. The caretaker there ( sorry i didn’t ask his name) is who makes your stay more comfortable and stressfree. He is so polite.

The owner as well as the staff weee super helpful. We check in pretty early in the morning, and they had ensured everything was in place. Room was nice, big and neat, and so was the washroom. Food was good and on-demand. Would surely come back and stay longer to enjoy the hospitality some more.

The property is amazing. It's a villa converted to stay. The rooms are simple and beautiful and very clean. The hospitality is amazing. They even got the tv channel subscribed to enable watching the wc cricket match. In one of the rooms they even have smart tv. The place has an amazing vibe.

My stay was for one day. The staff was courteous, and helpful. The room was kept ready before are arrival which delighted. Overall ambience was good. Homemade breakfast was very good.

All the things you want for a comfortable stay was there. They also provide a room where drivers can stay, nowadays this facility is missing in most of the hotels. Just outside the hotel a fine dine restaurant with bar is also there which has great food and ambience.

This property is actually a home stay with owner staying with all the restrictions. One can't come out to lower floor and lawn area even within compound 11 pm to 6am due to a pet watch scare. Not suitable for early risers. Room service and hospitality provided by a single chowkidar n cook who doesn't now how to make veg sandwich.

Room was not ready on checkin time & got disturbed

It was an awesome stay. Beautiful property, awesome food, flawless service and unmatchable hospitality. The surrounding is peaceful and serene. There is a sports complex on the opposite side and a swanky bar and restaurant adjacent to it. Many markets and landmarks are quite nearby. It is a wonderful place to stay if one happens to be in patiala.

The place feels just like home. Food is too good and place its very hygienic and clean.

Had a very pleasant stay, rooms are neat and clean, very spacious, good sitting area outside the rooms, nice lawn, breakfast was simple and best.

Heritage villa is good as a property, but staff is not very co-operative. Room service is just average. Heritage villa can be an amazing property, however they need to improve on a fee areas. Washrooms are not equipped with a bucket & a mug which is very essential. Quilts are not sufficient, for the additional mattress only small quilt was provided. These are the areas of improvement.
