Good hotel for family and friends to have pleasant stay. It is not in the heart of the city, you may not get good food nearby, Paota circle is the nearby junction for local eateries.

The service is very good, very clean spacious rooms, courteous staff.

Good place to stay with clean rooms and good facilities. Staff is helpful. No place for drivers though.

It may be good for one night emergency stay but for leisure and long stay I would not recommend.
It is just an average hotel, we stayed for one night only. The room was not very clean. The bed sheet was also not clean. We had carried our own bed sheet which we used. The house keeping staff was very rude. He gave only one soap in bathroom. We asked one extra for toilet which he denied. But hotel manager was good, he gave has one hour early check in.

Place was really unkempt and absolutely nothing was provided in the room not even drinking water. Came back late by 11:45 in the night and waited almost 30 minutes for someone to unlock the door that too after calling the management several times. In reply they told why are you coming so late. Property is at very good location but they need to maintain it properly. Overall really bad experience.

Room was good and location is easy track. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Food was best and food test was nice. Room cleaning is good and mind was refresh after entering hotel room. Easily checkout

Good Location, Service also good. Rooms and Facilities are Good and value for money hotel. Breakfast was okay and they are not providing dinner. Worth staying with family for 1 or 2 days. Location is too far from main city of Jodhpur. Staff is good and cooperative.

Hotel shubha. Heritage is located at side of jodhapur city, There is no any type of service available, only two helpers are there, there is no restaurent available, they provides food from out side, one Dal one vegetable and 4 fulka and sada rice it's called Dinner, for which we 500 extra, furniture are dirty, in one word I cheated,

First of all hotel is located in deep interior of that area so very difficult to locate even by taxiwala. The hotel cleanliness is too good. Hospital staff noce and cooperative. But hotel doesnot have in house restaurant so quality if food is questionable and variable when ordered in room. Rest everything is OK

Location is too far from city... No auto services available near by. No food service available. It is located in a very silent place without disturbance nearby Mehrangarh fort and Umaid bhavan. Staff is OK.. Room & ambience is good.

It is located in a very silent place without disturbance nearby Mahengar fort and Umaid bhavan and the hotel staff are welcoming with good service. A beautiful trip to Osian Resort with camel and desert safari a must have experience.

All good.. I booked 2500 per day... Worth not more than this. Food good... Location is like heart centre of city. Palace is very close... Wi Fi available rooms are good in a silent place.

No access to WiFi. No service for lunch and dinner. Tea and coffee only available 7-10 in the morning and 4-7 in the evening. Location is good, Mehran Fort is about 5 km and um ed Bhawan is about 3 km from the hotel. Breakfast is okay Bread, Butter, Poha, tea, coffee etc

Nice hotel. Very clean. Value for money. Foods are nice. Staff and services are good... Little far from railway station but it is within the city. Bathrooms are very clean. One can easily go for it.

Location is bad.. Room is OK.. Not worth. Better places are available at the same price... No restaurant... Have got better places for lesser amount in a lot of other cities... But, office people are very good and welcoming. Furniture is very old.

Great hotel for the price and if you are looking to transit between travels. Came in late last night and left in the morning so didn't know about the location. Although near Umaid Bhawan palace. Breakfast was good. The rooms and bathroom very good and clean.

A really nice experience. We had one night stay in Jodhpur so planned for a budget hotel, but never expected such nice hospitality from the staff. Even though they didn't have in-house restaurant, they made sure food was served promptly. Bathrooms were newly renovated and very clean. Front desk person and the manager were very cordial. I would highly recommend this hotel based on the service of the staff and overall feel good experience.

It's a budget hotel and rooms are also small not value for money. Reception was dull and room furniture too old and shabby, paint is coming out and no proper storage area. I can rate this as 2 star hotel with limited facility. Location is also interior with no food joints.

While the place is decent, there is hardly anything great about it. I didn't feel anything royal about it. Rooms are decent size, but the furniture (cupboard, etc. ) were totally worn out. Didn't feel like keeping my clothes in it. I took the option of having 2 meals at the hotel (one lunch and one breakfast). I paid almost 250 bucks for the 2nd meal, but no value for money. One dry veg, dal, rice, etc. Breakfast wasn't great. I didn't stay much in the room. Was out most of the time. The staff was courteous, allowed me to keep my luggage in the cloak room for almost 6 hours post checking out. All in all, not a great experience, but not much regret as the price is decent. Location wise, it's walking distance from Ummed Palace and max INR 100 away in Uber from most of the places like Clock Tower, Mehrangarh, etc.
