Cleanliness is an issue. I found cockroaches in the room. The room also smelled of cigarette smoke through out my stay. Otherwise the rooms are big and the location is central with good service.

I forgot to carry my Bluetooth earphone during checkout which was brand new and was a gift from brother, later when realized when to get it back but it was missing in the room. No doubt one of the staff must have taken possession of it. No one was ready to take responsibility for it. I has to consider it lost

A great place to stay in such a small city

A great place to stay in such a small but small City like Satara. Top to toe, the service & hospitality was/is great and most importantly a friendly guesture can be found in this hotel. Food is awesome and menu have quite a lot dishes, along with sports bar.
