narrow road for car, rooms are small, bathroom is too small very compact doesn't look like image shown in photos, overall totally disappointed

2 bedrooms were almost the same size. Both of them had AC & one had heater. The room with the heater had low water pressure. I have shared this information with the keeper. Overall, I was happy with the rooms. The fridge & electric kettle are also available. You may find it a bit difficult to find the location.

Rating: 7/10 We had a pleasant stay at Greens Apartments in Calicut with our family, including kids and parents. The overall experience was good — the location was convenient and the stay was comfortable. However, we felt that hygiene in certain areas could be improved, especially the bedsheets, sheet covers, and bathroom cleanliness. With some more attention to these details, the stay would be even better. Thank you for the hospitality

Nice and clean place with co-operative staff. A must stay at Kozhikode.

Definitely a value for the money stay, but could improve in cleanliness (bathrooms had a weird smell). Apartment did not have a generator/ inverter for power loss. The caretakers do a really good job though, they a friendly and ready to help at all times.

The accommodation was clean and spacious with food lighting and gracious host. We have one suggestion, that dressing mirrors and cupboards in both the rooms will add to the current setting.

had a good stay and very helping care taker. we had no clue to get some things, but the care taker helped us.

overall a comfortable good stay throughout.. booked for 2 days. clean appartment. decent facilities. 24hrs caretaker available. close to city centre. it would have been better if drinking water cans were provided individually in rooms. But still enjoyed the stay👏

A good facility with two clean bedrooms. Its central location makes commuting to the city's main hubs incredibly convenient.

The stay and the host were nice. We were a group of 10. We enjoyed the stay, the food of Calicut and the climate.

The stay was good. Caretaker is polite in nature and was helpful. One thing I would like to address is the entry to the hotel is having narrow road.

It's okay, there are facilities but the rooms are not cleaned.The building is in a difficult to reach location.

It was absolutely a terrible experience that i had with makemytrip regarding this booking. After the confirmation mail received, i tried to contact the hotel but shockingly the hotel manager told me that there are no rooms available. When i contacted mmt they change my booking to another hotel but when i call that hotel they also told me that there are no rooms available! this continued for around 4 hours and i finally got confirmation that i will not get the booked room for me and my family. Finally i got a room after contacting the reception of many hotels directly. I k eared a lesson that booking through makemytrip is not trustworthy.
