Great Indian Homestay || Entire Apartments ||

The rooms were great. Nice, spacious and clean with all the amenities listed. The location was excellent as well. However, keep in mind - it is a bit far away from major tourist attractions like Golden Beach and Jagannath Temple. So, recommended to arrange your own transportation. They do provide battery rickshaws at the property though. The check in and check out process could be a bit more streamlined. Also, there is a lack of restaurants near the property.

1-proper place is not available for taking lunch ..order boy/madam pushing for parcel. Room cleanness is very poor ..no toilet hand wash,soap. Bed sheet is dirty

It’s a average space to stay and service not at par level , overall it was okay for one day staying

Rooms are good, housekeeping service verry disappointed, staff behaviour is good, location little bit far from sea beach

Points of dissatisfaction : 1- We booked 3 apartments for our family member of 10 people for 3 days and 2 nights. They allotted on 7th, 5th and 4th floor even after so much request to allot on the same floor. we could not have a family get together time. 2- They allotted 2 rooms immediately but the third room was alloted after 3 hours of our arrival. we were wating without getting refreshed for so long after long journey of 8 hours. 3- AC stopped working next day but they did not repair or provide a separate room for that even after repeated calls. we had to manage for next 2 days without AC. 4- Room on 4th floor didn't have induction heater for preparing our tea coffee even though they have added in their amenities. 5- The Car parking was outside the building boundary. they didn't allow the Car inside boundary to load or unload luggage. so we had to carry our luggage at least 50 mtrs till the Car Parking. 6- The security persons are very rude. even after so much request they did not allow the car inside the boundary even though sufficient space is available for paking a car for few minutes. Positive points about the property: 1- If you have vehicle then this property is good to stay as the other locations are at good distance. 2- Cafeteria is available with a reasonable price in the building even though other hotels are little far from the building.
