The property is exactly as advertised. A family run, simple but soothing place to stay in a quiet but accessible area. Host mr mahesh is an amicable person, which makes the stay pleasant. Unless u are looking for a fancy hotel stay, which are hard to come by in hampi, and are interested in a peaceful stay without usual touristy traps, this is a good place to camp. Food is simple, yet tasty. The location is great and overall vibes are very relaxing.

It's budget accommodation very near to the ferry boarding point to Hippie Island. Rooms are pretty basic and food is decent. Property owner is a really nice and helpful guy.

The guest house is family run, they are the wonderful people very helpful and accommodating. The location really couldn’t get any better! It is really peaceful but right in the boulders of Hampi! Minutes from the temples. The food is excellent, all home made and very good prices. I ate here everyday! The rooms have mosquito nets, comfy bed, a fan, and hot water. I would highly recommend a stay here.

The room doesn't have any TV, chair or room service. Mineral water bottles were charged separately. Only a soap was provided on asking.

The towel given to me was torn. There were no toiletries given for bathroom, so please carry your own! Also the nearby area becomes too dark after 7 so make sure you return back and stay inside.

1. Hard to locate in Google map, you have to use company given location, 2. Budget room is pathetic, 3. I have taken budget room and paid the full amount in advance but they did not provide me the room due to unavailability, this kind of service is pathetic, so be prepared such kind of cases.

If you are not expecting luxury, it's the best place. Neat and calm. Staff is superb. They will serve food too. And the main attraction is that, it is out of the crowded humpi, but its only walk-able distance from Virupaksha temple. Overall enjoyed.
