familyTerrible experience. They gave used bedsheets, bathrooms have no health faucet and the service is pathetic. They do not have facility to make tea also. The guy went somewhere and came back after 2 hrs for tea. Food is equally bad in taste.

It is an horrible hotel and very very expensive!

Horrible hotel : One dirty sheet;dirty towels on the ground ; no water in the tap; no bottle of water. No breakfast: we ordered it for 8'o clock because we have an appointment, at 8.15 nobody. The staff is kind but incompetent. We did not have a shower( impossibility to wash our hands) and breakfast and we paid so much. The location is beautiful, it is a pity.
