Very bad experience. Manager (sonu kumar) - customer approach is non-coperative. Towel, soap even if room key was not given. Just a boys hostel room converted for guest staying purpose.

Before booking the room it was showing 1.7 KM. But this hostel is 6 km from Prayag junction. They gave in breakfast tea biscuit and charged for lunch even I had booked the room including food in advance. They told me to vacate the room by 10.30. But we had room check out time till 11.in the name of kumbhmela 🙏

Very bad experience with this hotel. Never suggest anyone about this stay....this is a boys hostel which is now converted into Home Stay for the time being. They don't even provide drinking water at the room & toilet is also shared by different guest . Food quality is also very raw, floor is dirty, windows don't have curtains. Never change the bed sheet & provide any mirror & chair inside the room. This was a terrible & horrible stay experience

This is not a hotel. It is boys hostel. No authentic bed provided. No chairs in room. No dustbin, no mirror. Common toilet vdry dirty. No soap. Door was not closing. should not indulge in registering such type of accomodation. Very bad experience.

It was horrible. The washroom was so dirty. Worst than pay and use toilets (sauchalaya. No sanitation. It was a boys hostel and kachhha was hung in-front of the room to welcome us. The location was so confusing. Sangam was 7-8 km from the hostel. Pathetic experience. Look for other options. Don’t choose this
