Very rude staff no cleanliness very bad experience

The stay was worth every penny, beautiful view, the staff was extremely helpful and cooperative and courteous. The food was very good. The location is a little bit remote but easy to find on go-ogle map. Will definitely stay here next time we go to bier

Social distancing is something which can be followed quite easily in whole of himachal and this hotel is also no exemption to this.

Best staying experience. We had one of the best staying experience here in this resort. Resort is new. They have really good rooms in the lap of nature. Food taste and quality is really good. Service standards are awesome and housekeeping was very helpful during our stay. They made sure that we were well served during our stay. All in all, a great staying experience. Keep it up guys.

It was a very wonderful stay, amazing property with nice surroundings and awesome scenic view. It's a good experience to stay in the resort is far from city crowd. You can enjoy the nature from here. Good food with nice quality of services. Overall a very good experience. Worth for spending money. Very co-operative senior and junior staff. Always smiling faces, ready to assist all the time. It's a newly built property. We wish all the very best to fearless cloud. Will certainly come back with our nears and dears in coming future very soon.

The location is mesmerizing, located on the hill, there is even a small river stream flowing through the property area. The food was great and the staff helpful. They booked cabs for me, booked my paragliding flights on a very short notice and arranged a cake and other things on request too. My friends and I were in awe of this place. 10 out of 10, would return.

Biggest mistake of my life was to book this resort. They didn't even had a clue of my booking. They gave my deluxe room to some other group and gave us a room far Away from original location with no amenity or even water dirty washrooms and even doors ar

Great room. Great location though deep inside jungle. Very much lively with caring and helping staff. Great place for a family outing. Open area and ground for outdoor games and fun. Food is awesome. Homely environment.

If you are a peace lover, this is the place for you. Amazing view from the resort, food is good and reasonable. It is a little away from bir and you have to hire a taxi for the resort. Everyone is not aware of the location so it was a bit difficult to find it.

It's located in a very secluded region above the hill away from the main city, Makemytrip shows the wrong location, which is a deliberate attempt to not let the travelers know the exact location otherwise many won't book rooms here. You have to spend 400 Rs extra every time you wish to visit the main city or anywhere else. It has only 3 rooms, one in ground floor and 2 just above it. Both the above rooms are connected via a common balcony. We could not sleep because the two men in the other room along with hotel guys were all drinking outside while my f was probably the only female in that secluded area. Given the room condition, we will always regret paying such a high amount. It does not deserve even half of the listed price. None of the promised facilities were given eg, Toiletries or room service. Water problem in bathroom added to the worst experience. Don't expect breakfast even if you buy it online. It's again another fake service.

The biggest positive point is the location, the view from the rooms and the lush green lawns is picturesque. The facilities and the amenities are very basic. The staff is friendly and try their best to provide a comfortable stay. However, most of the basic amenities are missing. Carry your own towels. The food is simple and basic and not much choice available.
