FabHotel A One Inn

Hotel onwer told our Hotel no relation with fab company they didn't give money . So Hotel charged again 1000 inr.sp please you should refund same in my bank card. Hotel told this is froud company.

Location is excellent. Food, we did not try. amenities were below par. Bedsheets were dirty and required a change. In washroom, the ceiling was broken and taps were not working optimally because of collection of salt crystals from water. There was not enough water pressure for shower to operate. The window pane's opaque coating was gone making it see through from outside. Though the staff was courteous but appeared less motivated or untrained to keep the property in good shape. The kettle for tea making was having a big deposit inside. Everything appeared manmade and seems the operations were not running according to set protocol. I feel, great improvements can be made by staff and managers without any big investment.

Worst experience, staff were very annoying, i go to reception 3times and told them to bring a glass for my room but they didn't came. And room was full of mosquito every where, i killed more then 10 mosquito there

Upon reaching to the stay at 11PM midnight, we understood that our booking has been cancelled. After 2 hours of struggle we were shifted to a Oyo hotel at our cost and stay was pathetic, can’t explain more about the traffic experience

The location was close to the Airport therefore Good. However slight away from the centre of the city

I couldn't not stay in Fab Hotel in Lucknow on 14th Jan,2025 due to your software problem. I could not contact hotel. Hence, please make necessary steps to refund my money at your earliest.

I could not stayed in the hotel due to not contacting with the property personnel. Several times i have tried in last evening, response i received 'given phone number is not matching. At last i stayed in another hotel. I felt hopeless due to that unfortunate situation. If possible refund my money. Otherwise, people like me never book their travel, hotel, etc though your app.

Hotel is far from the road and conveyance was not available. Staff is cooperative but all the promised facilities are not provided. Breakfast is included in the plan but they are refused to provide. TV is not working. No facility of power backup, very measure issue. Rooms are neat and clean. 10% discount on F&B is only a "jumla," .

Pathetic, spooling the name of fab hotel not mainetanied hygiene. Cocraoches was lying on my bed. Washroom was dirty. Not recommended for stay

No water. Waste reception staff. Over-all bad experience. Dirty roomm.

From where i booked the hotel, it showed only 3. 5 kms far but in fact it was way more than that and in such terrible location that i didn’t even step inside the hotel, it didn’t feel safe to me, wasted my money. Had to leave for airport 8 hours early, it was so tiring and frustrating!

Basic facility of a tea kettle and tea making material not provided. Bed sheets were dirty. Horrible complimentary breakfast and that also provided so late in spite of repeated requests.

The hotel was nice for the price. Rooms were small but the washrooms were big. Ac was working well and the staff were courteous and very helpful. The location of the hotel was very close to lucknow airport.

Toilet was very bad. Tobacco split marks in the toilet corner. Split mark in room wall. Tobacco split. Stains. Lot of splits on the walls

The room was very small. There was extra door in the bathroom. There was garbage behind that gate. Room was smelling also. There was no remote for ac. Tv was not working.

Bedsheet were not clean, on asking to chnage they told it's not possible as there was holiday sicne last two days we didn't get laundry room did not have any windows. Tv was not working.

Room so dirty, smoke smell, mosquito and fly, so unhygienic condition.

This area is too outside. It was great until i reached here. I had to go for exam next day and exam centre was close from here so i opted this hotel. First they denied the entry saying that couples are not allowed then i said that she's my sister and showed my id proof. This was terrific. After check in i got my room. Woooohoooooo, now i was happy that now i will revise my syllabus so that i will give my best in exam tomorrow but in few minutes i realised that there is too much cold. Now i decided to turn on the ac. I fixed temperature to 28. In few minutes i realised that ac is faulty. I told about this at hotel reception but nothing happened. My exam was in morning so i kept quiet. Next day gave my exam and returned to home. That's it.
