Escape Inn Kaza - By Escape Stayz

Location of property is very good, just opposite the monestry right next to Indian Oil Petrol pump. Stay was very good, we went in Oct End during our Spiti Trip. Water had started to freeze, the manager explained this during our check-in. Food was simple but fresh. Rooms have electric bed warmers which was really good because temperature dipped below 0 during the night. Overall a good stay

Stay was good and staff is very helpful. We had a great time during our stay.

The location of the hotel and the staff's behaviour were good, but the taste of the food and the facilities were average.

Everything was beautiful but the food was so damn bad it was sour and all the food was sour. The staffs are fantastic and the stay was without disturbance. Overall i liked it.

Comfortable stay, great hospitality, polite staff. We stayed for 4 nights and didn’t face any issue. Kaza being extreme with limited availability, we didn’t face any issue.

No light in hotel no hot water due to which we are late for our onward journey

The hotel staf is very courteous, specially vijay and his team members are excellent. We enjoyed their food and hospitality throught our stay.

Per night rates are on higher side when compared to hotel services, quality of rooms, toilets, facilities and location. Food quality was good but very little choice in menu. Overall average experience. Staff is laid back and very little motivated to serve guests and their needs

The property is placed at a prime location. Excellent rooms. And the best part of it is the host. The staff is super courteous and cooperative. They make you feel completely comfortable. Highly recommended. Excellent food. All in all the best place in kaza to stay. P. S. The escape inn is a chain in different locations of spiti. They are the best hosts and highly recommend booking their stays in different locations when on a trip to spiti.

The hotel has no hot water arrangements. No tv heater geyser hot blanket bell electricity and even view for which u actually go kaza. They didn’t even gave water. When asked 4-5 times they gave some weird tasting water in jug. We had to go and buy bottles. No view at all. Room has no electricity arrangements i mean at night they had some sort of battery light which never went off all night we had to call staff 5 times to get that fixed he finally climbed on the bed with his smelly feet and had to cut the wire. Services are so poor that i ordered soup at 8pm and didn’t receive it he came with the dinner at 8:30pm saying ye pahle ready tha to ye lelo soup baad mei milega. I mean who does that? they don’t even have power back up so that you can charge your phone after long journey. Bathroom has no hot water. And no light too. The manager told me that it will only be available from 8am-10am in morning whole night u spend with cold water only sorry for that.
