Poor Stay

No room service, electricity is very very poor, only wastage of money not anything else.

Dear guest, for room sevice you should booked a hotel, not a homestay. Booking without reading the details, no inquiry before or after the booking, and then rating us low is not appreciated. As far as electricity is concerned, there are 4 coaling lights in each room, i am not sure how many more you are used to. Be truthful while rating. You have not mentioned anything about positives, which is very doubtful. You have rated us low because you booked the stay 20 kms before badrinath and realised it only after you arrived. I am pretty sure you did no research before booking and when i called you, you did not pick my call. Do not blame us for your faults. Some feedback for you: research before booking, call the host after booking, find out if you are booking a hotel or a homestay, and know the difference between the two.
