This type of hotel damages the repo of make my trip. It was below a standard hotel.

Worst experience ever, i had asked for one extra blanket but they denied to give me and said that they had zero blankets left in such hotel.

Actually we were full during your stay at our property and extra blankets had been booked by the other guests before you asked for it. We could have provided you with an electric heater if you wished. Inconvenience caused is regretted. In future we will look into it. Regards

Terrible Stay

The room was below the standard. There was no electricity and it was all dark. I had lunch using mobile torch

Dear sir, Sorry for the inconvenience, this was Abad day for us as well as for you too.due to the electricity problem at the tenga valley supply was interrupted by the government and the hotel genset was on servicing for which supply of electricity was not possible during the day and till evening. We will make sure next time you visit won't face this situation. Regards,

The room was not as good as was described and the tv was not working

Beds were not for triple sharing and tv was not functional.

In hilly areas due to cloud or bad weather conditions digital disc tv may have some problems which are not in our hands. Room and beds are poor quality and not at all good. Hotel provided room heater with additional cost of Rs. 250. Hotel provided hot foods.

Excellent Stay

Very neat and cozy rooms. The bathroom is cleaned. The view from the hotel is awesome. In the morning if you open up the window, cloud comes through it, this is what we need. Food is excellent.
