The rooms were not at all clean and also the staff was not responding properly. When we complained about the room to the staff, they replied that " you have to manage with it".

the room service was the worst, The rooms were unclean and the cupboards were broken, The bathtub was broken, joh photos uploaded hai side pe woh 21 saal purane photos the ye staf service ne batya which was shocking., bedshit pillow cover dhole huye nhi the smell aarhi thi. it was our Bad decision to choose this property. at least basic services toh acche se deni chahiye thi. jiske liye humne

facility is good but found staff little bit arrogant, telephone was not working. food is good but expensive. suggest, to check room before check in

My payment deducted, i received confirmation mail for booking but when called in the hotel, they denied the booking and said they did not received any booking. My money got debited and i didn't received any refund. It is a scam do not use make my trip app it was my first time booking and worst experience.

The room was clean. The service was good. The quality of food is really good. It has a nice balcony where you can enjoy your evening tea. Overall it was a great stay for the price.

It was clean place, some mess around due to construction or repairs at the hotel. The staff was good. The area of the hotel and premises is clean. You need to have your own transport to travel, auto charges 350 from station to hotel

This is hotel is fraud i did not stay here and there was no light, water or food here, they were asking to get it from 5km away and they did not even check in and when i asked for refund of money the customer care also refused me, how can anyone stay at such a bad place, shame on you, make my trip
