hotel i s good but rooms are having problems facing like geyser not working on 308 and tv also ac is not working and rest of things are ok and average

Pathetic service and facilities. No person to take care of basics. This is no more than a serviced apartment

Pathetic bathroom with leakage, staffs were a bit casual, although room was spacious. Overall experience was not good

City place is lovely. And service was attentive and courteous. The food qulaty is good. I look forward to visiting your hotel agan.

Overall experience is good. Just the location is little bit inside. Like 2-3 km. Except this everything is gd. Quick service, responsive behaviour. Just one thing the hotel staffs are little bit younger, so sometimes the forget. Please ask them what you need they will immediately provide it to you. Room is spacious. Modern design. Mattress, blanket, pillows everything is in proper condition. They also provide grooming kit. As compare to other available option there price is on lower side but the quality of room and service is on higher side. One more thing i want to add their fooding charge is little bit on higher side. Otherwise everything is perfect

Terrible hotel. The reception on the ground floor mostly has a clueless lady who tried to allot t an ordinary room to me instead of the suite room i had booked. Food in the hotel is horrible and expensive-one small slice of bread costs rs 20, and so does one boiled egg. I had to ask the hotel for towels and water, and they tried to charge me for the complimentary water bottle.

The stay was good, the room was spacious and clean. Room service was good. Only issue was they weren't offering the complete menu to order from. They only had very few items in stock which was very surprising.

The room was good, but the service was not that great as well as breakfast. They literally tell you have this there is nothing else available in breakfast and the option they give is also not great. If you book with breakfast add on they will tell you that only certain amount of food should be ordered and they gave me tea, though i had ordered coffee. Evening the kitchen opens after 8:30pm same in morning as well in 8:30am. In evening as well only 25 percent of the item in the menu are available rest they will give excuses like this is not working or certain things are not available and hence you will again have very few options in night.

Location is surrounded by shops and a cinema theater just under the hotel. The hospitality is excellent. There service is just as good and nice. Hygiene is well maintained. Food is good. Bedding and other amenities are available.

The hotel staff first said no room was available. After h they said that the fan is continuously running in one room and that's available. I agreed to stay in the room. The room has more insects. I think bedbugs are also there. It does not have a clean washroom either. Very pathetic condition. Waste of money. Food was worst. Sorry i don't have

The room was really good with all the required amenities. The hotel was clean. Somethings i had to face an issue with : 1. The restaurant wasn't operational. Though they were good with the room service, but the room service menu was quite limited. 2. The staff seemed very confused with tha availability of rooms. I was denied a room due to non-availability. Then i booked it through mm t & i was allotted a room with a further differential payment of rs. 140.

I've been staying here during my business visits. Place offer amazing food, rooms are near and tidy.

The room where i stayed was big and clean with attached washroom which was also good. The services provided by the hotel are great and they are keeping an eye on hygiene as well. I would recommend others to give it a try.
