Worst ever i have face lack of management and responsibilities is total nil as i have to wait for about 1hr on counter. Ac is just for name shake once current is gone you have to ask again again for remote

The manager denied to provide room

We reached 11. 30 am the manager denied to alot room to make my trip booking. Then he insist to book off line if i need the room. I was tired as was returning from hospital so i booked a room by paying 1500 in cash. The facilities was very poor room was dirty water leaking ac not functioning bed sheets and pillows old and dirty. Finally after spending few hours i left the hotel and moved to other hotel. Please refund my money and take action against hotel
