Absolutely terrible property. Have frogs on bed. Cockroaches and Rats were co-living. Bathrooms were terribly bad as flush not working, taps rusted and so on. I am not sure why this is listed

We had a terrible experience at this hotel. There was no sense of hygiene, the AC wasn’t working, and the bathroom buckets and mugs were dirty. Location ok,food not tried and amenities not good.Need proper maintenance

Rest room not upto the mark. Rest room needs total renovations. Not much electrical plug points for gadgets charging. No T. V. In the room.

The name of the hotel is chola resort, it is nothing like a resort. And when I got out of the bus we tried to go to the hotel but there was no transportation. The hotel showed a lot of neglections and there was no refund. From 9 to 10 30pm at night we tried all our best to go to the hotel but no use. And the rooms and very dirty. Not the suggest this hotel. Please don’t book and there is no refund if we don’t go there also.

No hygiene. Bathrooms were dirty rooms don't have phone. Have to go to reception for every small thing

There is no proper maintenance in this hotel. Room and toilet are not at all cleaned properly. Due to that the rooms are getting smell. The bed and bedsheets were also not cleaned properly. Somehow we adjusted that night. Its not worth staying here for the amount they're charging. I didn't take any photo photos.

No proper maintenance, room is full of mosquitoes and lizards. There are frogs in the hotel and there's no food but it's mentioned as restaurant. Staff didn't support for anything there.

Especially toilet. Not worth the price. Paid 1700

The property is good from outside but the room meataince is too bad and the location from the temple is 5 kms no transport facility

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent stay at the hotel booked through MakeMyTrip. Unfortunately, the experience fell significantly short of expectations. Room Conditions: Despite the air conditioning being on, the room temperature remained uncomfortably high at 30 degrees. Amenities: Essential amenities such as a water heater, television, and Wi-Fi were unavailable. Additionally, the complimentary breakfast was not provided. Bathroom Hygiene: The bathroom was not hygienic, with leaks occurring during flushing and a broken placeholder. Overall Maintenance: The overall condition of the room was akin to that of a poorly maintained bus station. Regrettably, I cannot rate my experience lower than one star; otherwise, I would have chosen a negative rating.

Terrible stay. We were given 2 rooms as soon as we entered. The rooms were so dirty that we couldn't even get inside. Later they offered 2 more rooms with non working ac's and dirty bathrooms. We checked in 2 hours before but they took 1500 rs extra for early check-in but gave us dirty rooms. We only stayed there for 30 mins and checked-out. I do not recommend this terrible hotel to anyone.

Horrible stay, did not expect this sort of hospitality. First, acs don't work. After a day of stay, room doesn't go below 32degree celcius. When complained, there is a known air conditioning issue. Second no water heaters available. As per management only suites rooms have geysers. None of other type delux rooms have it. Third, pathetic bathrooms, gives some 30 year old property interiors. Sanitary items stop your thinking( beyond your social understanding of hygiene) fourth, no tv as mentioned in booking. If ac rooms don't even cool, don't expect more. No thoughts of returning to it at any point later. May arunachala shiva bless who book rooms here.

Hotel is good, management is also e co friendly, every thing is fine, rooms and ac are good working

No proper room service, rooms are not clean, takes a lot of time to show the room but there's a good parking space

Rooms need maintenance, and ac is not at all working. Remaining, okay, no problem. I like parking and nature around it.
