Chilapata Green Resort

Room was spacious. Bed was not good and it was making noise. Staff were co-operative. Food was good. Quality was excellent. Location was easily approachable and good. I would recommend it and visit again future.

It was business trip, only location and staff behavior was good, hotel services was terrible, no amenities were provided, facilities was bad, like breakfast timing was not maintained properly, food qualities was poor and limited. Room and hotel cleanliness was terrible. Overall it was an average stay. I would not suggest.

Location wise good if you like silence and want to stay away from busy life. There was parking place inside. The compound was well decorated. But, service was worst. We booked 4 standard ac rooms online for two nights. Though check-in time was 12 pm, we reached there at 5 pm on 1st Jan, 2020. But room was not ready, and we had to wait and then 2 ac and 2 Non-AC rooms were given. After saying the matter to manager, they told that it will take time to ready the required rooms as previous day was 31st December and all staffs are tired on servicing through late night Ultimately we got our rooms at 7 pm but room was untidy. Liquor bottle/can and wastage of food packets were scattered here and there. Intercom telephone connection was dead in all of our rooms. If you require anything you have to walk more or less 100 meters to go to the reception. All of the rooms do not have TV. Some rooms have but disconnected. Geyser was not working properly. Any pukka bill was not provided by them. No security guard or gate man was there in early morning to open the lock of main gate, so we got 1 hour late to go to the jungle safari. There was generator but operator not found during power cut. Only the cook (a very old man) was doing his duty and served good food. I recommend avoiding this resort.

Very bad location and communication is very bad, room quality and service very poor. Everything are very expensive but quality is not good.

Good Resort most of things is the behaviour of hotel staff and manager was good. They are very polite
