terrible experience while trying to checkin. The moment reached to hotel it was closed for renovation and make my trip team didn't bother to check and notify. scary experience at 9pm night in mysore. after calling to mmt support they were so arrogant that didn't even provided alternative arrangement late night. I was giving option to shift to another hotel but they reluctantly telling other hotel not accepting the booking. wasted 1 hour in late night with no help and leaving customer with family to find their own arrangement . think twice before using mmt platform for any booking.

Very closely to brindavan garden, nice rooms, swimming pool was highlight as kids enjoyed a lot. Recommended for family

They've added "brindavan" to their name just for the similarity of adjacent brindavan garden. This is misleading. 1. No power backup 2. No food items. 3. Cook is always absent. The reception guys say to go to other restaurant to eat. Why the hell have you opened the hotel if you cannot provide food? 4. Have to ask for everything, towels, water bottles, etc. 5. Broken toilet faucets, broken doors, noisy ac's. Not recommended at all.

There is no basic facilities provided by them without asking. No power backup and ac cooling also low.

I have booked room and went there, they told room is full, no room for us. And it is 20km away from town. Then they told they will provide another hotel, when i checked the location, it is again 20km distance from that location. I reached new hotel, its soo soo horrible. Not clean, very basic room. Ac have switch off by climbing a sofa set (no remote nothing)no tv. Bathroom waste water is blocked.

Room was good but ac was not cooling and i had worst experience on ac other then that was good, that's it

Do not visit this hotel, they don't have basic facility of drinking water or clean washroom. No food, medical or even room service was provided. Even back up was not working when the power used to go off. If you are coming with family, please do not go here.

Waste of money

Treble experience, i expect you guys to check the hotels before you add them to your list. No santity to believe you guys

The checkin process was smooth. The room provided was not worth money. The amenities mentioned while booking was not provided like power backup, television (not recharged. The toilets was not clean. Broken power switches. Waiting in restaurant was too long.

Good one food is better one. Rooms are fine but, they need to maintain little better. Also, pool not maintain neatly.

Good for one night stay. We stayed here for a visit to the brindavan gardens. The hotel is a no-frills, simple stay. They served breakfast which was tasty. The hotel is understaffed and there is no room service to think of. There are no security guards so one may not feel very confident during their stay here. During our stay the main light did not work and there was no one to fix it. There was no hot water too.

Nice experience. Good resort. Wonderful staffs. Brindhavan garden is just 100 meters away. Party hall is also available. Huge parking space as well.

Firstly its a very average place to stay, one good thing is staffs are very friendly, but this is more like a lodge, than a resort, amenities are not that great. Less food options, no hygiene or cleanliness - towels, restaurant should be maintained better. I didn't see any telephone in the room, every-time we had to go to reception to ask anything. It's in walkable distance from k rs brindavan.

We have taken two rooms both were very good, neat and well maintained. Staffs were humble and really helpful. Only one concern is not much food variety is available in the restaurant. Especially complimentary breakfast was not good. This needs to be improved.

Room was ok, but some kind smell coming inside room. It’s ok to stay for 1400- more than that is not affordable. We haven’t took breakfast as it costs 649- around.

Brindavan garden is nearby. The resort is not so crowded. Services are not so impressive but they are doing good hosting.

Location was good. Food items were pricey. Power cut happened in middle of night. No power backup provided for more than 4 hrs. Called hotel number no response. Lost almost a night's sleep because of this. It's really scary to go outside in night as pitch dark no lights. Hotel is very close to brindavan gardens. Room lock latch is damaged. So couldn't lock the room from inside.
