Room condition was not good we changed room 2 times show not working properly and toilet jet spray also not working properly and lack of cleanliness. The person Name Majumdar is good so not complain while at the time of stay . In bathroom no arrangement for shop etc

"the location, window view, and rooms are excellent. the service is also good. however, the communication with the service boys and reception could be improved. at the time of checkout, we were stopped and told that we had an outstanding food bill, but we didn't have any. then, after we left, we received a call saying that we had an outstanding bill for tea, which i had already paid in cash to the service boy. all this doesn't give a good impression." please sir improve, otherwise all good 😊

First of all reception staff is very rude. They don’t have knowledge how to greeting customers. And also. Water services is very bad. They don’t have geysers facilities in executive room. Property and cleaning is very good. Pool side. View is very decent ! and food is good ! google location is worng. First, clarify the location and then visit.
