Blue Bell Hotel - 300 m from India Expo Mart

it's 3 km away from expo mart and third class facility. in toilet flush not working It's out side from city no any trailing facility.

It's in a totally wrong location, it's 3. 0 kilometers away from the expo. Zero amenities. We found bugs in the bed, the toilet flush wasn't working. The cleaning is very bad.

Hotel bathroom and bed linen were not clean. Towels were dirty. Food is average. Hotel staff is not trained to handle guests.

Very old room- not cleaned, no phone, no bucket, no shower and dirty toilet. Food- ordered chicken biryani and served last day leftover chicken with some rice. Breakfast- very limited options

The hotel owner doesn't know how to talk to people. Behaved very badly and in a very rude way. Would never recommended to anyone for this hotel

Staff were very much curtious and supportive like anything but properly is not good. Not a value for money. No paint, cockroaches, polish warn out on furniture.

Hotel is very bad for anyone to sta. Y. The linen as d the blankets were smelling bad. Toilets were very bad. Very poor restaurant. Very limited and cold food was served for breakfast not fit for a stay.

Bad response by staff. No room service

Bathroom is too much bad intercom phone is away from bed door mat so dirty and not providing toothpaste bathing soap too much time taken in breakfast serving and lift is so small neither car parking available nor car washing man available short staff for serving the guest and also the key of reception printer not working.

Trip was really disappointing. We stayed there in some pg as they refused yo give us room due to their maintenance issue. They promised to give us 20% refund but still havnt get it. Completely disappointed.

Poor service, unhygienic, no facilities & no parking. Unskilled staff and untidy rooms with dirty linen and towels. Very poor arrangement for snacks and tea/coffee. Location is good but parking space isn't available. Overall a below average quality and not worth the price tagged to it.

It was such a nice trip overall I can day, food was little bit okay but it was manageable, it was in the prime location, so it was convenient to go to attend meetings, staff was very cooperative, so overall it was nice stay thanks

Experience was not so good. Because there is no other Restaurants surrounding area. Food is costly, you don't have any good option near Hotel. Area is also remote. In distance of around 3 km near Paris chowk Mall is there. There you have option of Good food & Shopping.

The location is very good and we can easily locate the hotel in big place like Greater Noida. Hotel rooms are clean and tidy ... Hope this shall be best stay available at Greater Noida ... Rooms are well maintained and makes one comfortable to stay at ... Worth staying.

I love to stay in this hotel. When ever I came to Delhi and have time, want to get replaced I will stay in this hotel. I booked this hotel through Makemytrip which make booking very easy and I have to pay less.
