Room was good, food was average, staf was average

They tried to give us deluxe room coz they can sale premium room on higher price to others. On food what they promised and what they provided were different.

Hotel along with the services is good. We had a wonderful experience.

We could not go to the trip for some emergency and did not get any refund

Warm welcome, polite behavior & helping nature of each stuff, stunning view of kanchenjunga & other hills from wall to wall glass single window and adjacent balcony

Intercom is faulty so they provide the mobile no of a reception person. There is no fooding service. After dinner from out side at 8. 20 pm we fail to enter in hotel as the main door is closed. I called the reception person mobile no and told him my problem that i failed to enter as the main door is closed. The person answered me "do not call me after 8 pm. We thanked god that fortunately a person open the door. And also the premium room is dirty.

Even after all the rennovation work which was going on, hotel staffs were very co-operative and hygenic.

Very poor attitude of owners brother, who is just aggressive towards every words of tourist. Very sad to see this hotels are s bi holidays hotel. Very bad attitude, very rude behavior of mr nandan who is the brother of owner. Owner is good.

Located near market. breakfast provided was tasty.

Hotel is just 100 mtr from 'i love pelling' structure. View of kanchenjunga from its premium room is fabulous. Food is ok. Hospitality is fine.

3. In hotel himalayan retreat, pic of food items in menu is not actual picture which may cause inconvenience for them who just order by viewing photos in the menue

We booked premium room which was in 3rd floor. Room no. 401 & 403 have awsm view. Mr. Nandan who is the owner of that property is a very good and polite. As per price quality and quantity of the food is ok. Overall its a very good and satisfying stay.

Pros: the staff are gracious the food is good the location is awesome and at the heart of the town. Vehicle parking available cons: the place needs maintenance i was charged extra for the room heater which should have been included with the room rent (i feel) but all the cons can be easily neglected because of the staff behavior. They are soo polite and gives their best to make your stay comfortable. I would strongly recommend this hotel.

very cooperative staff , puntuncal and concerned for their guest , also no issues found in room .overall satisfied stay at reasonable rate .. must visit if want to see k2 mountain 🏔️ this place is famous for , if climate is favourable you can view from your room balcony .

Good staff, good location, mountain view, good food

We stayed for 2 days and it was great. Loved their hospitality. They upgraded us to deluxe room as it was off season with no extra charge. The view from the room was mesmerizing and attached balcony was there. It's only 2 mins walk from the main chawk and good restaurants. The in-house restaurant is great but only draw back u hv to order them early, according to the order they will prepare food. (want to add: 2nd night we didn't order for dinner and we came late, all near by resturants were closed but they managed to provide us roti and alu matter in the short span and even on request provided omlette. Didn't let us sleep hungry) -clean rooms -24hrs hot water is available -electric kettle is provided in the room. For me it's a 5/5

I stayed in the hotel for a week. All 5 he staff were cordial and polite. Whatever they have done is appreciable. It was 9verall a comfortable stay with no hastles.

Food, hygiene and safety standards were very good.
